If you happened to follow Project Raptor you may remember the Haley Engineered guard we installed more than a year ago. We liked it so well that we decided we had to have one for our new Project Quadsport Z400.



Haley Engineered Coolant Guard as it arrived.
We like the chrome powder coat finish.
Installation
Installation couldn't be much simpler.
Remove two bolts, slide guard in, re-install two bolts with thread lock.

Summary 10 minutes and you can add some nice flash to your Z400 and extra some protection. We have to admit that the Z400 coolant tank is not near as exposed as the Raptor tank but this Z400 guard really adds a nice look with it's chrome powder coat finish.
