Ramsey ATV 3000, ATV synthetic rope, aluminum fairlead, and Rhino mounting kit.

We ordered up a new Ramsey ATV3000 winch. This winch uses a proven three stage planetary gear system and features a very efficient .9 HP 12 volt DC motor with significantly less amp draw than the competition. To to go with it we ordered an ATV aluminum Hawse Fairlead, the ATV Synthetic Rope, and a Rhino mounting kit. We really dig the new synthetic rope as it is much easier to handle than the normal cable. Ramsey's synthetic rope is made with Technora and is extremely heat resistant. It comes in a 50 foot length with a 5/16" clevis hook on the end. It also has 3 feet of rock shield included on the rope.
Installation Don't worry, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to mount this thing. Just follow the instructions and you will be done in a couple hours or less.

Mounting kit in place on the front of the Rhino.	Winch and aluminum hawse fairlead mounted.

The solenoid should be mounted where it is most likely to stay high and dry.	The 6 gauge cables are routed from the solenoid to the battery.

We mounted the control switch on the dash to right of our digital gauges.	Now the synthetic rope is installed.

Our Rhino is feeling much bolder now. No Rhino should be left without a Winch.
