You can't have a trick ATV without some custom Billet Aluminum pieces. ProTech ATV sent us some pieces for our project 400EX and some additional samples of other billet pieces they manufacture. ProTech can provide brake block-off covers, brake reservoir covers, case savers, handl bar clamps, reed spacers, thumb throttle covers, water pump covers, and A-arm bushings. All pieces are CNC-machined billett aluminum 6061-T6.


The ugly factory brake reservoir cover before we replaced it with the new ProTech cover. The new cover fit perfectly and looks great on the 400EX.
The factory supplies a light duty sprocket cover that does little to protect the case. If you have ever had a chain break, you will understand why you want a case saver.  IThe ProTech Billet case saver is approximately 1/4" thick and will keep the chain from putting a hole in your case, and looks great at the same time. 
This image shows the back side of the ProTech parking brake block-off cover. When you get rid of the factory parking brake, you are going to need one of these. The universal parking brake block-off cover bolted right up.
