For 2006 Casey Folks added even more mileage to the longest off-road race in the US. 600 miles across the Nevada desert in one day. 10 Pro ATV teams, 17 expert ATV teams, 6 amateur ATV teams, 3 Ironmen would try it solo, and 8 UTV teams would start the race. Only 21 would finish. Matlock and Prull traveled the 600 miles in 10 hrs 59 minutes and 24 seconds making them 9th overall.

Three Can-Am / Epic Outlanders entered. The Q1 team of Frederick and Baker finished 5th in ATV Pro.
Todd Johnson was the 1st and only Quad Ironman to finish the race. Todd completed the 600 miles in 17 hrs 43 minutes and 53 seconds.
