As you can see our LT500 was delivered in slightly less than pristine showroom condition. Usually if I'm going to split the cases I'll do most of the disassembly while the engine is mounted securely in the frame.

Sport Quads are coming back in a BIG WAY! Honda has introduced the 400EX with huge success. Bombardier is about to release a Modern Quadzilla. Even Husaberg is in the frey with a competition quad. Rumors of Yamaha and Kawasaki with the same, abound! No doubt, this is what we all wanted to see. The days of utility models by the dozen and status-quo for a miniscule offering of sport quads seems to be over!

The ball joints look fine. Again, there are no cracks or tearing of the rubber boots and the movement of the mechanism is smooth without excessive play.
