I have a 2005 kodiak 450 and I recently tore a small hole in my inner CV boot on my rear axle. I am trying to replace it my self but I can not get the hub nut off. I took a small tool to take the crimp out of the nut and I still can not get the bolt loose. I have tried everything possible to try to loosen it. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get that bolt off?

Gettin the hub nut off is easy, remove the tires, remove the hub covers, put the tires back on , chock all the tires, and engage all the brakes. Get the correct size socket ( 22mm maybe ) attach it to a breaker bar, then get use a 2-4 foot piece of pipe as an extension to the breaker bar, and start turning.
