Tempe, AZ: Ansani Designs now offers a fiberglass hood scoop/auxiliary light pod for the popular Yamaha Rhino side-by-side UTV. A Kawasaki Teryx LED hood scoop is in development. The scoop houses a 10-inch Rigid Industries E-Series bar-style LED light. Made from hand-laid fiberglass, the scoop is shipped in paint-ready gelcoat.

Optional hydro-printed graphics are also available. This process uses water pressureto apply pre-printed film evenly to all contours. Hundreds of hydro-patterns are available: popular camos, various carbon-fibers, metals, animal skins, woodgrains, and even hundred-dollar bills. For protection, clear-coat is sprayed on after the graphic is applied.

The kit's Rigid Industries E-Series LED Light Bar offers several advantages over halogen and even HID lights. LED has 50,000-hour life expectancy, no bulbs to burn out (if one LED fails the others still illuminate), no glass to break, no ballast to mount, more light with less power and heat, farther projection, and reduces eye fatigue. The Rigid 10-inch E-Series bar advertises 93% optical efficiency, 90% running efficiency, full dimmability, 20 LEDs, a proprietary reflector, and two-wire installation.

Ansani Designs also manufactures composite front bumpers with integrated light pods for late-model Ford and Chevy/GMC fullsize trucks.
