STOW, OH – The lineage of the ROUSH Performance Off-Road F-150 continues in true from, as the aluminum-bodied 2017 special edition will feature multiple upgrades, including Baja ATZP3 305/55R20 tires and 20X9 M/T Metal Series wheels designed specifically for ROUSH. Combined with a 2.0 Performance Series Suspension, the addition of the Baja ATZP3 tires provide the 2017 ROUSH Off-Road 150 with the all-terrain and mud terrain features today’s off-road enthusiasts rely on.
Although more details are said to be announced on March 1, today Land Rover is giving us a first look today at a new model called the Range Rover Velar. The name of this new SUV, which the company says will sit between the Evoque and the Sport, actually comes from original Range Rover prototypes from 1969, as the original model was unveiled a year later in 1970.
Robby Gordon knows his way around the desert in a trophy truck. It’s also safe to say he knows how to react in order to save an off-road crash, and here he demonstrates that ability like the veteran he is.
This guy’s run started out by putting his RZR on its lid, and then just before it tumbled down the hill he managed to get it back on four wheels and drive away. We’re not sure if we’d classify that as a RZR fail or not but it certainly could have been ugly.
It’s obvious from this video that the ground is pretty wet, so it’s no surprise that this Jeep Wrangler lost traction while climbing up this hill. Where the driver messed up is turning the steering wheel while sliding backwards. File this one under “what not to do.”
Just beyond the shimmering glow of the world famous Las Vegas Strip is the most hostile and unforgiving territory in North America, the Mojave Desert. An apocalyptic region made of jagged stone, gravel pits, deep silt beds, piercing cactus and temperatures in excess of 120 degrees.

MESA, AZ: Everyday from 9-11 a.m. the Ladies of Hammertown gathered at the 4 Wheel Parts booth for a Ladies Offroad Social with coffee, cocoa, tea, water and snacks for a casual environment to talk and get to know each other. In addition to the daily socials, there were two hands-on experiences that ladies could participate in.
On Tuesday afternoon over 60 Ladies gathered to try their hand at welding at the Ladies Offroad Welding Experience hosted by ESAB Welding & Cutting, and on Wednesday Ladies gathered at the BFGoodrich Tires Garage for the Ladies Offroad Tire & Winch Experience to learn how to change a tire from Brad Lovell and work a winch line with WARN. At each event the ladies were entered into immediate drawings including I’m Not Just a Girl shirts, ESAB Welding Helmets, BFGoodrich Tires Gloves and more. They were also entered into the week-long drawing for the Black Forest Gear $649 Fridge/Freezer and Kicker $199 Amphitheater.
